Payment - We currently accept GCash as the sole payment method. Your payment is processed securely through the GCash platform.

Order Processing - Orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery - We ship via Flash (For Philippines) and DHL (For International). Once shipped, delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Returns & Exchanges - We accept returns/exchanges on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Pierced earrings, bracelets and jewelries are final sale for hygiene reasons. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items - If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@livn.mykutis.store with a photo of the defect. We will happily replace it at no charge.
